What helped me was (lets say you're doing gluconeogenesis) was watching the gluconeogenesis video from osmosis to get the big overview and then watching the gluconeogenesis video from pixorize and and memorizing it from pixorize. For micro, and bc (lysosomal storage, glycogen storage disease) physeo is better. I'm just an upset MS-1 who was bamboozled by upperclassmen and my institution. I have completed a full pixorize anki deck. I loosely modeled it after the lolnotacop micro deck and organized it by subdeck for each section/video. I feel its unnecessarily overcomplicating learning something. Sketchy is more detailed, but takes me much longer and is harder to recall.
